개인정보처리방침
AJSOFT(이하 "회사")는 사내 업무 도구 AJSoft Intake(이하 "서비스")가 Google 계정 데이터를 어떻게 다루는지 아래와 같이 밝힙니다. 서비스는 회사 내부에서만 쓰는 도구이며, 일반 사용자에게 제공되지 않습니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
- 회사가 소유한 Gmail 계정의 메일 가운데 거래처 도메인과 주고받은 메일의 제목, 보낸 사람·받는 사람, 날짜, 본문
- Google OAuth 권한 범위는
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly(읽기 전용) 하나뿐입니다. 서비스는 메일을 보내거나, 지우거나, 라벨을 바꾸지 않습니다.
2. 이용 목적
- 거래처와 오간 요청·결정·장애 보고를 회사 내부 업무 기록(프로젝트 기록, 이슈 목록)으로 정리하기 위해 사용합니다.
- 위 목적 외의 용도로 사용하지 않습니다. 광고, 신용 평가, 데이터 판매에 사용하지 않습니다.
3. 처리 방식과 제3자 제공
- 메일 원문은 회사가 관리하는 서버에만 저장되며, 접근은 회사 담당자로 제한됩니다.
- 메일 내용을 요약·분류하기 위해 AI 모델 제공자(Anthropic)의 서비스로 전달되어 처리됩니다. 이 전달은 위 이용 목적을 수행하는 데 필요한 범위로 한정됩니다.
- 그 밖의 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
- 비밀번호, 계정 정보, 계좌번호, 회원 개인정보 등 민감한 값은 업무 기록에 옮기지 않습니다.
4. 보관 기간과 파기
- 메일 원문 사본은 업무 기록 작성에 필요한 기간 동안 회사 서버에 보관하고, 목적을 달성하면 파기합니다.
- 작성된 업무 기록은 거래 관계가 유지되는 동안 보관합니다.
- Google 계정 연결은 Google 계정 권한 설정에서 언제든 해제할 수 있으며, 해제하면 서비스는 더 이상 메일을 읽지 못합니다.
5. Google API 데이터 이용 준수
서비스가 Google API로부터 받은 정보를 사용하고 다른 서비스로 전달하는 방식은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책의 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요구사항을 포함하여 해당 정책을 따릅니다.

Privacy Policy
AJSoft Intake (the "Service") is an internal tool operated by AJSOFT. It is not offered to the public.
Data accessed
Messages exchanged with client domains in a Gmail account owned by AJSOFT (subject, sender, recipients, date, body),
using the read-only scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly only. The Service never sends, deletes, or modifies email.
How it is used
Solely to turn client requests, decisions, and incident reports into AJSOFT's internal work records. Data is not used for advertising, credit decisions, or sold.
Sharing
Raw messages are stored only on servers managed by AJSOFT with access limited to AJSOFT staff. Message content is sent to an AI model provider (Anthropic) only to summarize and classify it for the purpose above. It is not shared with any other third party except where required by law. Passwords, account credentials, bank account numbers, and customer personal data are excluded from work records.
Retention and deletion
Raw message copies are kept only as long as needed to produce work records and then deleted. Access can be revoked at any time at Google Account permissions.
Limited Use
AJSoft Intake's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
